The PMK Process

We follow a proven, repeatable process to ensure project success, maximum quality the first time and adherence to schedule and budget. PMK works closely with our customers to establish their existing needs while keeping in mind the potential for expansion and technology advancements tomorrow. The project is initially designed, planned, and documented to ensure that the resulting system is:

How do we do this? PMK uses an iterative software development process. We break a system into smaller modules and each module is run through iterations of analysis, design, development and testing.

Why do we do this? To reduce risk! Technical risks are assessed and prioritized early in the lifecycle and are revised during the development of each iteration. Risks are attached to each iteration so that successful
completion of the iteration mitigates the risks attached to it. The releases are scheduled to ensure that the highest risks are tackled first.

The end result is the rapid development of well-documented, flexible systems that meet the customers' needs at a lower cost and greater value.
